MUSKEGON (WWJ/AP) - A 15-year-old girl in Muskegon County has been charged with kidnapping a woman to force her to work as a prostitute to settle a drug debt.
The girl is charged as a juvenile although the prosecutor's office could still choose to charge her as an adult after her preliminary hearing.
The Muskegon Chronicle reports the girl is accused of helping the men kidnap the woman from a Muskegon home on Feb. 4.
The girl surrendered Wednesday. She joins two men who are charged separately in Muskegon County Circuit Court.
According to the Chronicle, already charged are the alleged pimp, Anturio Lee Wright, 24, of Muskegon Heights, charged with kidnapping, first-degree home invasion and unlawful imprisonment; and Ricky Kent Elijah Jr., 18, of Muskegon Heights, charged with kidnapping and home invasion.
