Techware Labs Reviews House Of Marley Headphones
SOUTHFIELD -- The tech hardware review site TechwareLabs has reviewed the House of Marley's top-of-the-line Redemption on-ear headphones, and the review was positive.
"Through recycling and sound quality, they made these beauties that are in Rasta-colors and leather," the review said. "Furthermore they encourage you to recycle the packaging which shows their commitment to their product."
As for the sound, the Orlando, Fla.-based Web site said: "Comparatively speaking these headphones keep up on the lows while slightly less perfect highs... The feel and touch of the headphones is great, and the quality of sound is just right for the price you pay."
However, the reviewer also noted that those with larger-than-average heads might have a problem with on-the-ear headphones: "they end up leaving me in a lot of pain by squeezing my ears into my skull," the reviewer said.
The headphones are available on the Marley Web site for $199.99.
The House of Marley audio line includes earbuds, headphones, audio docks and other speakers. It's manufactured in collaboration with Commerce Township-based HoMedics LLC, which also produces electronics under the Sharper Image, HMDX Audio and Powerbag brand names.
