'Sylvia' Production To Benefit Humane Society

WEST BLOOMFIELD (WWJ)- It's about a love triangle between a husband, a wife and a dog.

Beginning Friday evening,  the new "Two Muses Theater" in West Bloomfield will feature " Sylvia" a romantic comedy by A.R. Gurney.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Michigan Humane Society.

Theater co-founder Cofound Diane Hill explained that the dog is played by a person ... and she talks.

"At first she's dressed like she's been living out on the streets for a long time because it's a homeless dog. She has a collar on and it says Sylvia, and that's not Greg knows to call her Sylvia. But other than that she's kind of ragedy," Hill said.
