Suspects Sought In Ferndale Armed Robbery
FERNDALE (WWJ) - Ferndale Police are searching for three suspects they say robbed three people at gunpoint early Wednesday morning.
Officials say a 31-year-old man and two 25-year-old women were walking on Channing near Woodward when they were approached by a man who pointed his gun at them and demanded money. The two women robbers then allegedly grabbed the purses from the female victims.
The three were then ordered to run away or be shot.
The first suspects is described as a black male in his mid-20's, approximately 5'9'', dark complexion, wearing a ball cap and black t-shirt. He was carrying a silver semi-auto pistol.
The second suspect is a black female, mid-20's, approximately 5'4'', dark complexion, blonde hair, heavy-set. The third suspects is a black female, mid-20's, approximately 5'4'', dark complexion, black hair pulled back in a pony tail.
Anyone with information is asked to call Ferndale Police.
