Suspect, Tips Sought In Inkster Burglary
A manhunt continued Monday for one of two armed burglars that broke into a home in Inkster early Sunday. Inkster Police were still looking for on suspect, after he and his partner were confronted by the owner of the home they had broken into early Sunday in the 29,000 block of Parkwood Street.
According to police, a resident shot and killed one of the intruders, while the other got away. The wounded burglar made it to the driveway before he died.
The homeowner's gun was registered and he also had a permit to carry a concealed weapon. No charges were expected to be filed against him.
