Suspect in Livonia Killing To Undergo Psychiatric Testing
The preliminary hearing has been postponed for a North Carolina woman who allegedly came to Michigan -- and fatally shot another woman while she sat in her car at her workplace in Livonia.
Julie Hopwood's attorney tells WWJ his client will undergo psychiatric testing before returning to court. Hopwood is accused of killing Amy Chesbro of Ypsilanti, who was shot several times outside her workplace on Victor Parkway near Eight Mile in Livonia.
A motive for the shooting is still not clear.
