FORT SMITH, Ark. (AP) - A man identified as a suspect in a shooting in Fort Smith, Ark. that killed two women - one of them pregnant - has surrendered to authorities in Michigan.
The Fort Smith Police Department says in a news release that a man claiming to be 29-year-old Kevin Wolfe called a police investigator early Thursday. Wolfe told the investigator he was thinking of turning himself in.
