Suspect Arrested In Connection With Motel Murder
DETROIT (WWJ) - Police in Detroit are crediting citizen tips for the arrest of the 27-year-old man in connection with the murder of a young woman inside of a motel room in the City's Corktown neighborhood, earlier this month.
Arrested Friday in Highland Park, it is thought that the suspect may have been targeting women whom he met online with the intent of robbing them.
He is suspected in the murder of 21-year-old Ninoshka Nueves-Figuera, whose body was found April 19th inside of a room at the Corktown Inn on Trumbell near Lafayette in Detroit.
She had been shot multiple times.
