Suspect Arraigned In Alleged Sexual Assault In Waterford Twp.

WATERFORD TWP. (WWJ) - Police have arrested a suspect in connection with a sexual assault that took place on Monday in Waterford Township.

Officers tell WWJ that a woman on Lynsue Lane allowed a man into her home after he told her he was searching for his missing dog.

The suspect allegedly forced the woman to perform oral sex before making a call and leaving the house.

The victim's mother told police she later found several pieces of jewelry missing as well as a distinctive coin saving jar containing an unknown amount of money.

The suspect, identified as Adam C. Serwicki was located and taken into custody without incident at the apartment he shares with his fiancé in the 600 block of Glenbrooke at the River's Edge apartment complex.

At the time of his arrest, Serwicki was in possession of the coin saving jar and jewelry taken from the Lynsue residence, as well as suspected drugs.

Serwicki was arraigned in 51st District Court on one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of first degree home invasion.
