Student Shot While Walking To School In Redford Township
REDFORD TOWNSHIP (WWJ) - A teenage student walking to Thurston High School in Redford, was shot Monday morning.
Redford Township police Lt. David Holt says the student was walking near Kendall and Crosley about 6:45 a.m., which is east of Beech Daily and north of Schoolcraft, about a mile from the school when he was shot.
Authorities tell WWJ that the teen was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are looking for a green four-door car with black rims- it's believed to have had two people in the car at the time the teen was shot.
