Stroll Through Historic Homes In Pontiac
PONTIAC (WWJ) - Explore the hidden treasures of Pontiac at the 9th Annual Garden and Historical Home Tour, Saturday, July 16.
The 2011 tour features 11 homes and gardens - true treasures within a two-mile radius in the heart of Pontiac's Historical District.
Stroll through never-before-toured homes and beautiful gardens, relax with traditional tea and crumpets, enjoy and ice cream social or cool down with some lemonade and cookies. It's all included in the home tour. There will also be an art sale, plus live music by the Men of Grace Choir.
The walk begins at the Creative Art Center, 26 Williams Street, on Saturday at 9:00 am. The tour lasts until 5:00 pm. Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at the door.
