Stormy Weather Creeping Across SE Michigan
SOUTHFIELD (WWJ) - A thunderous start to this Monday morning, as storms creep across southeast Michigan.
AccuWeather's Dean DeVore says there's a decent chance of the metro Detroit area seeing some very strong and gusty thunderstorms today. He says we've already had one warning pop up in Lenawee County, but that thunderstorm weakened.
Dean says he thinks we will be approaching severe limits today with gusty winds, the possibility of some hail, torrential downpours and lightening. It looks like the showers and thunderstorms will be with us through mid- to late-morning and then it'll be cloudy and much cooler. Temperatures are going to be dropping into the 50s by this afternoon.
