Stoney's Blog: Prince Fielder Talks Tigers Players
The Tigers open up the Grapefruit League season this weekend with high expectations. Friday, Prince Fielder joined the Stoney and Bill show to talk about the upcoming season. Among the topics he got into with Stoney, Bill, and Sara were his long batting practice home runs, the ability of Miguel Cabrera to play third base -- and even his breakfast of choice.
Along the way, he raved about one player in particular. Who was it?
"Miggy's been cool, he was the fist one to greet me, make me feel comfortable, then the other guys came around," Fielder said. "Me and Miggy are awesome, we're cool. My youngest son is like his shadow... Inge is cool, too. I've been getting along with everybody."
