CBS DETROIT - The Detroit Pistons won again Tuesday, 105-104, on the road against the San Antonio Spurs, and video revealed Detroit head coach Stan Van Gundy delivering his instructions to players on the game's final play with the aid of a particular not-safe-for-work adjective.
The Pistons led with less than a second remaining, and Van Gundy wanted to make sure his players were ready for the final play.
"Understand, nobody can do anything but tip it," Van Gundy said. "Just form a f------ wall. That's all we do."
Players nodded emphatically, and they followed the coach's directions. Detroit's win was its sixth in a row. The Pistons can extend their streak to seven with a road win Wednesday over the Dallas Mavericks.
