CBS DETROIT - In bad news for the Texas Rangers and not-so-bad news for the Detroit Tigers, slugger Prince Fielder has picked up right where he left off in October.
After struggling mightily for the Tigers in the 2013 playoffs, Fielder has a .206 batting average through 28 games with the Rangers.
Sporting News, though expressing positive sentiments about Fielder's future, named the slugger one of its worst performers of the month. With an on-base percentage of .331 and a slugging percentage of .315, Fielder has smacked two home runs and driven in nine runs.
