Sources: 2nd Woman Accuses Cuba Gooding Jr. Of Groping Her In Manhattan

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – The NYPD expects Cuba Gooding Jr. to surrender today and face charges for allegedly groping a woman in Manhattan, sources tell CBS2.

A 29-year-old woman told police the actor inappropriately touched her breasts on Sunday night at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge of Seventh Avenue in Midtown. When she protested, the two allegedly got into an argument.

Police said the woman left the bar and later called 911.

Sources now tell CBS2 a second woman has come forward to accuse the actor of groping her backside 11 years ago inside Butter on 45th Street.

In an interview with TMZ, Gooding denied the recent allegation.

"There's a tape that shows what really happened. That's the most important thing," he said. "I met a bunch of people, I said hello, I took pictures. And you have to have faith in what people say."

When asked "was there any groping involved," he replied, "nothing."

Gooding was expected to be charged Thursday with forcible touching, sources said.

His lawyer, however, told CBS News he would not turn himself in until police confirmed they planned to charge him.
