Shooting At Social Security Office Leaves 1 Man Dead
DETROIT (WWJ) - One man is killed, another flees on foot Friday night around 5:30 p.m. after a Detroit security guard fires nine shots at two men who jumped a fence at the Social Security office near Wyoming and 7 Mile Road.
Since Social Security is a federal office, both Detroit Police and Homeland Security are handling the investigation.
The guard was taken into police custody for questioning.
The investigation is ongoing.
