Sharply-Dressed Crook Robs Warren Bank
Bank robbers don't normally dress to the nines -- but one in Warren donned his Humphrey Bogart hat for a movie-style hold up.
The crook walked inside the Comerica Bank on 12 Mile and Ryan, wearing some shades, a fedora, and a camel-colored coat.
WWJ's Kathryn Larson spoke with Warren Police Lieutenant Michael Torrey about the crime.
After approaching the teller, Torrey said the suspect "verbally told her no alarms and to hurry up, at that point in time the cashier, the teller complied with his demands." After that, the bank robber stuffed the cash in his pockets and made his getaway.
Police believe the man left in a white SUV. If you have any information on the crime, you're urged to contact the Warren Police. Stay with WWJ for the latest on the story.
