Second Person Arrested In Craigslist Murder
DETROIT (WWJ) - A second suspect has been charged in the slaying of a Hazel Park man killed when he tried to buy a cell phone from someone who he made contact with over Craigslist.com.
Nineteen-year-old Lamar Clemons was arraigned today and he now sits in jail with 23-year old Alexander Lyons who was arraigned yesterday.
Both Detroit men face murder charges in the death of 19-year-old Johnathan Clements.
Hazel Park Police Chief David Niedermeier spoke with WWJ on whether there will more arrests
"This investigation is still ongoing and we are seeking additional charges and we do have more people that we believe will be charged in this case," Neidermeier says.
