Sara: Michigan State Will Continue Their Bobby Boucher Lesson Against Michigan

When Michigan State needed a little inspiration to defeat Ohio State this year, Mark Dantonio reached into his Netflix bag of tricks and decided to inspire his guys with a little viewing party of Adam Sandler in "The Waterboy". The lesson Dantonio hoped to drive home (other than the fact that "Mama says alligators are ornery because they got all them teeth and no toothbrush") was to "visualize and attack". He even reminded the guys during halftime to "visualize and attack".

Dantonio's defense has definitely gotten the message. Michigan State is first in the nation in total defense (173.4 yards per game), second in pass defense (109.4 yards), and has only allowed more than seven points just once this season in the loss to Notre Dame.

No it hasn't happened since 1959-62, but I believe Michigan State can clock a fourth straight win against Michigan. Even if it takes another movie night (Rudy, Gladiator, Air Bud) I believe MSU can get the job done.
