Roy Williams played just five games with the Lions in 2008, but he'll always be remembered as a part of the NFL's only 0-16 team.
"I wasn't 0-16," Williams said in a conference call with Detroit reporters Wednesday. "But I am in that team picture, so if it goes in the Hall of Fame, I was part of that football team."
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones overpaid to bring Williams home to his native Texas at the trade deadline two years ago, sending three draft picks, including first- and third-round choices, to the Lions for Williams and a seventh-rounder.
