Romney Campaign Details Michigan Bus Tour Stops
FRANKEMUTH (AP) - More details are being released about Republican presidential contender Mitt Romney's visit to Michigan next week.
The former Massachusetts governor and Michigan native is planning rally Tuesday morning at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth followed by an early-afternoon stop in DeWitt at the Sweetie-licious Bakery CafDe. He'll hold a Tuesday evening rally at Holland State Park in southwestern Michigan.
Romney also plans to attend fundraisers Wednesday in Grand Rapids and Troy.
The visit is part of Romney's first traditional campaign trip of the general election, a six-state trek by bus. It's aimed at swaying undecided voters living outside America's big cities.
Romney is planning to roll through small cities and towns over five days on his "Every Town Counts" tour, which begins Friday in New Hampshire.
