NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has sent a memo to all club personnel -- not just players -- about the danger of driving while impaired. The memo was called "Responsibility and Safety."

It's a smart approach. It reminds everyone in the league about their responsibilities while also, in a way, putting everyone in the sport on notice.
