Earlier this year, Mike Valenti went on and on about the massive size of Boban Marjanovic's hands.
Marjanovic gained national attention when a photo went viral showing the 7'3" center from Serbia with former U of D PG Ray McCallum. It made the internet go crazy.
Thursday morning, ESPN's Marc Stein is reporting that the Detroit Pistons have offered the restricted free agent a three-year, $21 million contract, which the Spurs can match.
The 27-year-old Marjanovic appeared in 54 games for the Spurs this past season and averaged 5.5 ppg, 3.6 rpg in 9 minutes per game.
He will be turning 28 this August and would be a perfect backup center for the Pistons. Could you imagine him playing side-by-side with Drummond?
Twitter can imagine it: Here are some of the best reactions to the news.
