Report: Mayweather Allegedly Watching On Facetime While Pal Earl Hayes Kills Wife, Self
By Mike Sullivan
TMZ is reporting that Floyd Mayweather was on FaceTime with one of his best friends when, all of a sudden, the man pulled out a gun, shot his wife, and then killed himself.
The friend's name is Earl Hayes, who is a rapper and the son of Isaac Hayes. The younger Hayes allegedly called Floyd on FaceTime Monday morning to rage about his wife being unfaithful.
TMZ reported that Earl told Floyd he was going to kill his wife, at which point Mayweather was pleading with him to stop. Mayweather reportedly will not say how much he saw, but acknowledges that he was a witness and heard everything.
Rapper 50 Cent referenced the situation in a poignant Instagram post.
Floyd was allegedly having a very hard time dealing with this situation, but he was then spotted sitting courtside at the Clippers game later in the day. He appeared to be in a pretty good mood and was laughing and shaking hands with Chris Paul and Jamal Crawford.
As for Hayes, FOX News reports an outpouring of grief for his wife Stephanie Moseley, star of the VH1 series "Hit The Floor."
"Stephanie was exceptionally beautiful, an absolutely amazing and incredible dancer, and judging by how the other girls spoke about her, a lovely human being," "Hit the Floor" co-star Dean Cain said, via FOX News. "I'm heartbroken and saddened."
