Red Wings Lose Miller, Pulkkinen To Injuries

DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Red Wings have lost forwards Drew Miller and Teemu Pulkkinen to injuries that are expected to keep both out for over a month.

The team says Miller is expected to miss about six weeks with a broken jaw, and Pulkkinen is expected to miss six to eight weeks with a dislocated right shoulder.

The 31-year-old Miller has one goal and one assist in 26 games this season. The 23-year-old Pulkkinen has six goals and five assists in 24 games.
