Procrastination May Have Saved Woman's Life
WARREN (WWJ) - It was a tree in front of her house that she was planning on having cut down. But something prevented Tanya Badger of Warren from getting the job done.
Monday afternoon a speeding truck crashed directly into the tree in front of Badger's home.
It's there that witnesses say a male driver fatally shot his female passengerand then used the gun to kill himself, just before the crash.
Tanya Badger of Warren says truck in which two people died in what police suspect was a murder-suicide would have gone into her house if not for a tree she almost cut down.
