Pornographic Tweet Becomes Social Media Nightmare For Airline
DETROIT (CBS DETROIT) - It's beyond an embarrassing typo, as a pornographic image is tweeted from corporate and the results are lighting fast.
U.S. Airways, one believes, inadvertently sent out a pornographic image on the company's Twitter feed Monday afternoon.
It took a what amounts to light-years for the company to catch on to its porno gaff and then the apology was likewise tweeted out.
U.S. Airways stated that the tweet with the 'inappropriate image recently shared as a link ...' is removed and the incident is being investigated.
But that apology came after thousands had seen the tweet and retweeted or made their best comeback comments.
