Polk Completes Corporate Headquarters Move
The research technology firm Polk has completed its move across Southfield.
Polk is now based in the Travelers Tower II building, at 26533 Evergreen Road, where it will be an anchor tenant.
More than 450 Polk employees moved to the new 138,000 square foot location, which is in Suite 900 of the building.
Said Stephen Polk, Polk chairman, president and CEO: "The opportunity to keep our headquarters in the hub of Detroit's automotive industry is key to meeting the growing needs of our clients."
Polk occupies five floors of the building, which offers several benefits including a more collaborative work environment and easier access to major OEM customers in southeastern Michigan. The new facility is less than two miles from Polk's former headquarters.
