Police Seek Help Identifying Bank Robber
HARRISON TWP. (WWJ) - Police are hoping the public can help them identify a man who robbed a Macomb County bank.
According to police, the incident occurred around 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Huntington Bank on Bridgeview Street, near S. River Road just east of I-94.
Information provided to the Macomb County Sheriff's Office is that an older white male approached the teller and produced a handwritten note demanding money. The suspect then fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash. Police declined to release additional details.
The suspect is described as 5'5" to 6' tall, wearing a blue Detroit Tigers hat, short sleeve plaid shirt and blue jeans.
