Police: Man Survives Fall From 6th-Story Apartment
GRAND RAPIDS (WWJ/AP) - Police say a man survived an apparent accidental fall from a window of a sixth-story apartment in Grand Rapids.
The incident happened Monday afternoon at Oakwood Manor Apartments.
Police say the man, identified as being in his 30s, broke both legs and had other serious injuries. He was hospitalized for treatment.
The fall is under investigation, but police say it appears to be an accident.
