Police: Man Riding Bike Was Fatally Shot
ECORSE (WWJ) - Police in Ecorse are investigating a deadly shooting that took the life of a 59-year-old man who was riding his bike.
Police say the man was on his bicycle near the intersection of 7th Street and Salliotte, not far from West Outer Drive and West Jefferson, sometime between 10:30 p.m. and midnight Wednesday when he was shot.
While they think the gunman and victim knew each other, investigators haven't released any additional details or the man's name.
No arrests have been made. An investigation is ongoing.
