Police: Man Exposed Himself At McDonald's Drive-Thru
FERNDALE (WWJ) - A Royal Oak man has been charged for allegedly flashing a woman who was going through the drive-thru at a local McDonald's.
Police said it happened Saturday night at the fast food restaurant at 22525 Woodward Ave. in Ferndale.
Jhuty Ntcher Kem, 52, allegedly approached the woman while making lewd gestures and, when he reached her car window, dropped his pants, fully exposing himself.
The woman immediately called police who found Kem in the restaurant's restroom.
The 24-year-old victim said it wasn't her first brush with the man. The woman told police had encountered him earlier this month while walking at Woodward and Maplehurst, near her place of work. That time, she said, Kem made inappropriate gestures but remained clothed.
Kem was arraigned in 43rd District Court Monday morning on a charge of indecent exposure and Brennan J. Patrick Brennan set bond at $1,500 cash/surety.
