Police Looking For Suspect In Sexual Assault Of Woman In Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) - Detroit police are asking for the public's help locating a suspect wanted in connection with the sexual assault of a woman in the spring.

Police say that a 43-year-old woman was sexually assaulted, after being forced at gunpoint into a white Pontiac, Grand Prix, two-door car on Saturday May 16, at about 8:30 p.m..

After the suspect forced the woman into his car he drove to the area of Fenkell and Lahser, where he assaulted her.

The suspect is described as a man in his 30s,  5 feet 10 inches, about 160 pounds, with black wavy hair and a medium brown complexion.

The suspect was last scene wearing a black shirt with a hood, red tee-shirt and black pants.
