Plex Customer Satisfaction At 98 Percent
Auburn Hills-based Plex Systems Inc. announced a 98 percent customer satisfaction rate among users of its Plex Online manufacturing ERP software delivered as an online service.
Users of Plex Online report significantly higher satisfaction compared with competitors' software. The Chaos Report, produced by The Standish Group, indicates an industry average of 66 percent of customers are satisfied with computer system implementations, showing the relative effectiveness of Plex Online.
"Plex is changing the way ERP is delivered and the way it is implemented," said Plex CEO and president Mark Symonds. "SaaS takes away the non-value-added activities so manufacturers can focus on setting up their data and configuring the system for their business."
