Pistons Owner Tom Gores Rushes Court After Preseason Buzzer Beater [VIDEO]

Recent acquisition Josh Smith hit a last-second 3-pointer that gave the Detroit Pistons a preseason victory, and no one - not even the players, it seemed - celebrated with more abandon than Pistons owner Tom Gores.
As the players high-fived and slapped each other on the back, the 49-year-old billionaire rushed into the pack, apparently surprising the players, who looked a little unsure of who the guy was and why he was there.
A resident of Los Angeles, Gores has been criticized for not being present often enough in his first two years of owning the Pistons. He told reporters weeks ago that they would be seeing much more of him this season.
He certainly stayed true to that promise Thursday.
