Paul McCartney Thrills Thousands At Comerica Park
DETROIT (WWJ) - A little stormy weather Sunday night didn't stop thousands from converging on Comerica Park to take in Paul McCartney live on stage in Detroit.
The former Beatle brought his "On The Run Tour" to the city, and played all of his hits -- in addition to a tribute to Motown. This was McCartney's first show in the city of Detroit in more than 30 years.
Before McCartney took to the stage, in a live interview on WWJ Newsradio 950, Tom Wilson, President of Olympia Entertainment, talked about preparations for the show.
