Patti Engineering Partnering With Texas Firm
AUBURN HILLS (WWJ) -- Auburn Hills-based Patti Engineering Inc. has announced a strategic alliance with Round Rock, Texas-based Hagbros Precision LLC.
Patti provides control systems integration, while Hagbros designs and manufactures precision injection molds, dies, assembly fixtures, gauges and tooling.
Officials with the companies said the alliance grew out of a successful collaboration on five recent projects, with Patti's staff of electrical engineers and Hagbros' staff of mechanical engineers working together. Hagbros also offers a 40-employee manufacturing plant.
Working together, the two companies say they will provide complete manufacturing systems, from creating a new vision inspection station to the full design, construction, programming, assembly, installation and commissioning of automated assembly lines.
Hagbros Precision employs mechanical engineers, machinists and fabricators making hundreds of unique parts every week. Its plant is equipped with the latest machinery to perform precision turning, milling, surface grinding, and electrical discharge machining.
