Pat Caputo: Time For Denard Robinson To Earn The Trust Of Michigan Fans
Michigan fans have struggled with just what to believe about Denard Robinson. On one hand, they acknowledge his brilliance. Who wouldn't? He is the fastest quarterback in the nation. His passing has come under extreme criticism, but there have been times when it wasn't that bad.
Last week, in a late November game against Nebraska, Robinson was brilliant in a 45-17 victory. It was the type of win over a ranked opponent and traditional power that had been missing on Robinson's resume. In that game, he had two touchdown passes, ran for two TDs and had a nice balance with a 180 yards passing and 83 rushing.
