OnSite Energy Unveils Gen2 Biodiesel Processor in Flint

With rising diesel prices pressuring farmer, municipality and trucker budgets, OnSite Energy of Flint announced its second generation series of automated 40-400 gallon biodiesel processors as a solution.

"These processors are reliable, automated, and available now to people wishing to save money by making their own fuel," said Michael Witt, CEO of OnSite Energy. "The processors make biodiesel fuel reliably and consistently with minimal effort. A producer gains access to a $1.10 tax credit for every gallon produced. The savings in fuel costs are much more significant when waste vegetable oil is used."

The biodiesel processors can produce a batch of fuel every eight to 12 hours, depending on the volume needed. The machines are made to robust industrial, ISO 9001 standards in a state of the art facility in Michigan.

"With rising fuel prices, these machines allow a user to gain control over their fuel costs," says Jeff Woolman, operations manager of OnSite Energy.
The biodiesel processor, which allows customers to produce clear, clean biodiesel on site, is the culmination of three years worth of research and development with federal, state and local agencies including the Regional Technology Center at Mott, the USDA and the Michigan Corn Growers Association.

OnSite Energy LLC is located on Dort Highway in Flint. The processor is made locally, with American-made components.
