One Shot Outside High School Game In Flint
FLINT (WWJ/AP) - Police say one person was shot outside of a high school in Flint as a basketball game was being played inside.
The Flint Journal reports the shooting happened Wednesday night behind Northern High School. The crowd inside was largely unaware of the shooting.
Police say the person who was shot was taken to the hospital after the incident and was last listed in stable condition. Officers searched the area following the shooting for a suspect.
The newspaper reports the shooting took place during a holiday basketball tournament that featured high school teams from around the area.
The shooter remains on the loose.
