Off-Duty Officer Shot On Detroit's Eastside
DETROIT (WWJ) - An off-duty Detroit Police officer is shot on Detroit's east side. Detroit police officials are not releasing the officers condition.
The off-duty officer and the woman he was with were shot around 9:30pm Wednesday night after arriving at a restaurant on Holbrook Street. Police say someone started shooting in the direction of the restaurant and the officer and woman were hit. The officer was able to drive himself and his female passenger to the hospital.
Detroit police say no one has been arrested.
