Off-Duty Agent Allegedly Kills Man In Detroit After Card Game
DETROIT (WWJ) Detroit police are telling WWJ that an off duty border patrol agent from California allegedly shot and killed a man after an early morning card game.
The agent was playing cards with his cousin and a third man around 2 a.m. Monday on Westphalia street, north of McNichols and East of Hoover, police said, when the incident unfolded.
It began when a man in his 30s, not identified yet by police, pulled up to the agent and his cousin. All were in separate cars. They argued, police said, and the agent shot and killed the man.
The victim was shot multiple times, police said, adding that they're still investigating.
