Oakland County Bank Robbed By Masked Gunmen
LYON TWP. (WWJ) - Authorities in Oakland County are looking for the masked men who robbed a bank in Lyon Township.
Police say the robbery took place at the Comerica Bank branch on Milford Road, near Grand River Avenue on Tuesday.
According to police, two men wearing masks and dark clothing entered the bank just after it opened for the day with their weapons drawn. The men left with an unknown amount of cash and got into a car driven by a third suspect.
Police believe the suspects left in a sliver or grey car with a Chevrolet emblem on its trunk and headed northbound on Milford Road toward I-96.
The suspects are described only as black males.
Police are reviewing security camera footage in an attempt to identify the robbers.
