Nuspire Networks Joins UN Global Compact
COMMERCE TOWNSHIP -- Nuspire Networks announced it has been officially accepted into the UN Global Compact.
The UN Global Compact is a strategic policy initiative for businesses that are committed to aligning their operations and strategies with 10 universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.
This ever-increasing understanding is reflected in the Global Compact's rapid growth. With over 8,700 corporate participants and other stakeholders from over 130 countries, it is the largest voluntary corporate responsibility initiative in the world.
"Nuspire's growth on a global scale has been tremendous over the last few years," said Jon May, Nuspire project manager. "Many of the recent analyst reports forecast continued double digit growth in the managed security services sector outside of the United States for the next five years. Being an industry leader entails taking extra measures to ensure compliance and social responsibility abroad. Nuspire felt participation in the UN Global Compact would help accomplish both goals."
