NOAA releases Midwest temperature, precipitation outlook for May and June
(CBS DETROIT) - On Thursday, April 18, NOAA released its May, June and July weather outlooks for the United States.
This outlook is one tool forecasters use to help prepare for the spring season.
There's a good chance of above-average temperatures around the Midwest, including in Southeast Michigan.
Precipitation levels are predicted to be about normal. With the southeast region and parts of Alaska slightly above normal.
