New Language Software From Mango

Farmington Hills-based Mango Languages has announced the official launch of its newest product, "Mango Complete v 2.0."

The latest installment of what will be a series of several additions to the Mango suite of products in the coming months, Mango Complete v 2.0 builds on the success of the original version by adding several features including new visual images, enhanced interface and voice comparison technologies.

Mango Complete v 2.0 will also add a number of languages to the original set. The new courses will bring the total number of languages in the Mango library to 70 by year's end. The most popular languages currently are Spanish, French, German, Italian, Chinese and Japanese.

The courses are presented with an appreciation for cultural nuance and real-world application that goes beyond teaching vocabulary to integrate components of grammar and culture. The Mango learning model teaches actual conversation, breaking down complex conversational elements with a flexible audio-visual framework that enables the user to draw important connections between pieces of information they have already learned.

Founded in 2007, Mango Languages provides online language learning services to libraries, educational institutions, government agencies, corporations and the general public. Designed by a team of linguists, teachers, software developers, human interface specialists, writers, voice talents and designers, the company's award-winning language learning system has drawn acclaim from prominent national and international reference groups, educational resources, Web organizations and travel guides.
