New Investment Banking Firm Formed
SOUTHFIELD -- Officials announced the formation of Cascade Partners LLC, a new investment banking and private investment firm serving entrepreneurs, businesses, and investors active in the middle market.
Drawing on the deep management, investment and transaction experience of its principals, Cascade Partners provides the guidance and resources necessary to navigate the complexities of managing growth as well as acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic initiatives.
In some situations, Cascade Partners provides mezzanine or equity capital, directly or with its partners, to fund growth financings, acquisitions or change of control transactions involving companies serving the healthcare, technology, business services and the manufacturing industries.
Cascade Partners manages Cascade Growth Partners, an operationally focused private investment fund targeting healthcare, value-added manufacturing and technology-enabled service businesses. In addition, Cascade's principals continue to manage Seneca Health Partners, a venture capital fund supporting emerging healthcare businesses. The fund also has an office in Bannockburn, Ill.
