MSU Student Found Dead In Apartment Near Campus
EAST LANSING (WWJ) - For the third time this semester, police are investigating the death of a student at Michigan State University.
Shortly after Noon on Friday East Lansing Police were dispatched to the Cedar Village apartments off campus to check on the welfare of a resident. Upon checking the apartment, a 22-year-old Michigan State University student was found deceased.
Although foul play is not initially suspected, the case remains under investigation.
Former students say the Cedar Village apartment complex, close by campus, has been known for its wild parties.
This incident marks the third student death in the past few weeks, but police believe the deaths are unrelated.
