Storms Hit SE Michigan
Residents in southeastern Michigan were dealing with severe weather as strong storms rolled through the region.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect for most of Southeast Michigan until 1 a.m. Monday morning.
Thunderstorm and Flash Flood Warnings were also posted in certain areas. For the latest weather alerts and details, CLICK HERE.
DTE Energy said 20,000 power outages were reported at 7 p.m. hour. DTE said there is no timeline for full restoration because the numbers are expected to climb.

A funnel cloud was reported near I-275 and Carleton Road in northern Monroe County.
There was a report of a 70-miles-per hour wind gust at Inkster and Eureka roads near Metro Airport.
Trained spotters with the National Weather Service report 60-miles per hour wind gusts just after six o'clock this evening near Chelsea and Milan. A 50-miles-per hour wind gust was reported near M-52 and old U.S. 12 in Chelsea.
Spotters also reported 12-inch in diameter tree branches on power lines near Saline.
A Flash Flood Advisory is posted for parts of the region hit hardest by rain until midnight Saturday.
The National Weather Service confirmed Friday a tornado touch down south of Battle Creek. The twister had winds of 65 to 85 miles per hour.
Weather Service crews say the tornado touched down three times in and destroyed a small chicken coop. A silo, barn, house and cornfield all suffered damage.
The weather service says the storms knocked down branches, trees and power lines. Consumers Energy says about 8,000 of its customers, mostly in southwestern Michigan, were without power Thursday evening.
The Grand Rapids Press reports a storm ripped the roof off a home in southwestern Michigan's Allegan County. No injuries were reported.
Tornado watches and flood warnings were in effect across the southern part of the state into early Friday morning.
On Saturday, cities and towns along a swath from the Oklahoma Panhandle into eastern Michigan could face another round of strong thunderstorms, according to AccuWeather.
